Hello All.
For those of you who are involved in training camps this week, you need to concentrate on getting lots and lots of H2O into your body. Before practice, 1L minimum. During practice, finish off at least 1 full water bottle. After practice, 1 more water bottle then frequent drinks until you go again. The slightest decrease in your total hydration level will significantly decrease your performance on the field or court. Drink up.
